be sized to maximum imprint area for each product.

$45.00 an hour. Charges will be applied if

Artwork:
Solid black and white line art. All text sharp in
detail with clean edges. Folded or wrinkled or
faxed art is unacceptable. |

Work:
Submit
black and white "color separated art".
Include separate piece of art for each color with
registration marks. Colors CANNOT touch or
overprint when put together. |

| Returns:
All
claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of
merchandise. We must authorize returns; any
returns not authorized will be refused and returned to
sender. No returns will be accepted for imprinted
or special order merchandise unless it is determined to
be defective by the factory. Returns on
un-imprinted merchandise are subject to 33 1/3%
restocking fee. No replacement or credit will be
issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return
to the factory |

| Changes/Cancellations:
All orders are considered firm. Any change other
than to quantity, to order once in production will be
billed for any work done, plus an additional work
required by the change. Changes in quantity
(within reason) can be made prior to the start of
production. If a change in quantity occurs after
the completion of any portion of production, the change
will be treated as a separate order and billed
accordingly. Any change made after the start of
production will delay shipping. If a cancellation
is necessary, all costs associated with work performed
to date of cancellation will be charged for.

Rodin International. |
| Orders:
Orders are not put into production unless order is
complete. Orders are considered complete with a
correct purchase order, approved terms, complete
shipping address, camera-ready art and any artwork
approvals if required. In hand dates must be
clearly stated on fall within factory production
schedule. |
Production
Time:
Production
starts when the order is complete. Production time
is usually less than two weeks, depending on
quantity. However, from the beginning to July to
the end of October production times could be
longer. Call for production schedule.
Depending on the season, rush orders are accepted if the
production schedule allows. Rush orders must be
approved by Rodin International prior to submitting the
order.
