RUSH SERVICE INFORMATION

•    One color one side imprint only

•    Standard ink colors only‑No PMS match

•    No stripes on vinyl or plastic footballs

•    No fax proof or e‑mail proof

•    No special packaging

•    No Pre‑Production Proof

•    All orders and art files must be received by y :00 PM eastern time In order to receive 48 hour service.

•    All orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified

•    Phone orders will not be accepted due to the potential for error

•    All orders must be faxed or mailed.

•    Order processing time does not begin until a completed order Is received

•    BLITZ RUSH must be referenced on PO and in subject line of e‑mail

•    Any questions requiring clarification will result in delays

ART REQUIREMENTS:

Straight Line Copy

•    No more than two sizes of type

•    If typestyle is not specified, the graphics department will make best selection

•    Capitalization, abbreviation and punctuation will be followed as shown on PO

•    Graphics department will layout to maximize imprint area unless otherwise specified

Camera Ready Art

•    Artwork needs to be black line art

•    No halftones, screens or grayscales

•    Artwork should not have jagged edges or pixels

•    Artwork cannot be damaged, folded, taped, stapled, wrinkled or written on

•    Fax transmissions are not considered camera ready art

•    Artwork requiring modifications will not be processed as a RUSH order

Electronic Art

•    Artwork must be sent to art@balloons.bz

•    PO number,  name and BLITZ RUSH must be clearly referenced in the e‑mail subject line

•    A copy of artwork must be sent with PO

•    NO FAX or E‑MAIL PROOFS

•    Files must be true vector art or clean sharp files at 600 dpi

•   Acceptable formats are: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Corel Draw (.cdr/.cmx), Encapsulated PostScript Ceps), Tagged Image File Format (.tif)

ALL INFORMATION MUST BE COMPLETE AND FOLLOW GUIDELINES SET FORTH BY RODIN.   ART AND ORDER MUST

BE RECEIVED BY 1:00 PM EASTERN TIME TO BE PROCESSED FOR BLITZ SERVICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY

BLITZ RUSH SERVICE REQUIREMENT WILL RESULT IN DELAYS.   ANY QUESTIONS THAT REQUIRE CLARIFICATION WILL

RESULT IN DELAYS.   ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
